How does the free trial work?
Start a 10-day free trial with up to 10 customers and no payment card required. When the trial ends, choose Growth or Growth+ to continue; we do not charge you automatically.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Growth costs $8/month or $86.40/year. Growth+ costs $18/month or $194.40/year. Yearly billing saves 10%, is charged upfront and renews annually unless cancelled.
How many customers can I register?
Growth includes up to 50 new registered customers per month. Growth+ includes up to 200 new registered customers per month. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC); existing customers can keep collecting stamps without counting again.
Which plan supports multiple locations?
Growth includes 2 locations. Growth+ includes up to 3 locations with GPS branch matching when customers allow location access, plus multi-outlet analytics. Running 4+ locations or a franchise? Contact sales for a custom multi-store rollout and dedicated onboarding.
Is the AI digital menu included?
The AI digital menu creator and QR link are included in Growth+, alongside everything in Growth. Growth includes digital loyalty stamp cards, unlimited QR scans, scratch rewards and real-time analytics.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your QR code and use their digital loyalty stamp card in their phone browser, with no app to install.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the subscription area in your business dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of your current monthly or yearly billing period.
