Salon and spa loyalty: filling the gap between appointments
A salon client might visit every six weeks — or every ten, if nothing reminds them. Loyalty in this trade is less about discounts and more about shortening that gap.

Reward with services, not money off
A free head massage, blow dry or treatment add-on feels generous and costs you time you often already have. Cash discounts train clients to wait for a deal; service rewards train them to book sooner.
Make the fifth visit matter
- Stamp at checkout, before the client leaves the chair.
- Free add-on at four visits, a bigger reward at eight.
- Birthday month perk, which is the easiest reason to contact a quiet client.
Use the card as a rebooking prompt
When someone can see they are two visits from a free treatment, rebooking is an easier conversation. Show the card on their phone at the counter and ask for the next date there and then.
Track who has drifted
Your customer list shows last-visit dates, so you can see which regulars have slipped past their usual cycle. Export their contact details if you want to follow up through your own service outside rtnflw, with the appropriate consent; there are no built-in broadcasts.
